Welcome to Stageflow. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use Stageflow.

1. Description of Service

Stageflow is an AI-powered mockup generation platform designed for e-commerce sellers, particularly those on platforms like Etsy. Our service allows you to:

  • Upload images of your products
  • Generate professional lifestyle mockups using artificial intelligence
  • Download and use generated mockups for your commercial listings
  • Organize and manage your mockup projects

2. Account Registration

To use Stageflow, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

3. Subscriptions and Credits

Credit System: Stageflow operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to generate mockups and access premium features. Each generation consumes credits based on the complexity of the request.

Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription tiers that provide monthly credit allocations. Subscription credits are provided at the start of each billing period and unused credits may roll over according to your plan's terms.

Purchased Credits: Additional credits may be purchased separately and do not expire. Purchased credits are used after subscription credits are depleted.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our service and the computational costs involved in AI generation, we generally do not offer refunds on subscriptions or purchased credits. Please review our FAQ for specific refund policies.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the product images and content you upload to Stageflow. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of generating mockups.

Generated Mockups: The mockups generated using your products are yours to use for commercial purposes, including but not limited to e-commerce listings, marketing materials, and social media. You receive a perpetual, royalty-free license to use these generated images.

Platform IP: The Stageflow platform, including its design, code, AI models, user interface, and branding, remains the exclusive property of Stageflow. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

When using Stageflow, you agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have rights to use
  • Generate mockups for counterfeit, illegal, or stolen goods
  • Use automated systems or bots to access our service
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Resell or redistribute access to Stageflow
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws

6. Content Guidelines

You may not upload or generate content that:

  • Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
  • Depicts products that are prohibited on major e-commerce platforms
  • Involves weapons, drugs, or other controlled substances
  • Contains adult or explicit content
  • Promotes hate, violence, or discrimination

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and suspend accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Stageflow uses artificial intelligence to generate mockup images. While we strive for high-quality results, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations
  • Some generations may require multiple attempts to achieve desired results
  • The AI may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect outputs
  • We continuously improve our models but cannot guarantee specific outcomes

We encourage users to review generated mockups before use and utilize our editing features to refine results as needed.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Availability: Stageflow is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may experience downtime for maintenance or unforeseen issues.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stageflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of Stageflow shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will provide notice when possible.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. You should download any generated mockups you wish to keep before closing your account.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of Stageflow after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Stageflow shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
