Uploaded Content: We store product images you upload to generate mockups. These images are processed by our AI systems and stored securely for your continued access within the platform.
Generated Content: Mockups generated using our service are stored in your account for your access and download.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, generation requests, timestamps, and device/browser information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our mockup generation services
- Process your transactions and manage your subscription
- Send transactional emails (account confirmations, receipts, credit alerts)
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support

3. AI Processing and Your Images
Image Processing: Your uploaded product images are processed by our AI systems to generate mockups. This processing is essential to providing our core service.
Model Training: We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI models. We do not use your specific product images to train our models in a way that would allow them to be reproduced or identified.
Third-Party AI Services: We use third-party AI providers to power our generation capabilities. Your images are transmitted securely to these providers solely for the purpose of generating your requested mockups.

Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties who help us operate our platform, including cloud hosting (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), AI service providers, and analytics services.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Uploaded Images: Product images and generated mockups are retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, these files are permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
Transaction Records: We retain billing and transaction records for up to 7 years as required for tax and accounting purposes.
